best experience. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a 3-day
return policy for our Anti-Tarnish jewelry pieces. Please read through the details below to
ensure a smooth process for your return.
Return & Refund Policy
We understand that sometimes things don’t work out. Our 3-day return policy allows you to
return your jewelry for store credit if you're not fully satisfied.
1. Return Window
○ You have 3 days from the date of delivery to register your return. After 3 days,
the return window will automatically close.
2. Return Process
○ To initiate a return, email us within 3 working days at support@myxssory.com
with your Order ID and the reason for your return.
○ Unboxing video is mandatory for all returns. This video must clearly show the
condition of the product at the time of unboxing. Failure to provide a valid video
will result in your return request being declined.
3. Store Credit Only
○ We do not issue cash refunds under any circumstances. All returns and
exchanges are eligible for store credits only in the form of a gift card. The gift
card has unlimited validity and can be used on any future purchase from
Myxssory.com.
4. Reverse Shipping Cost
○ The cost for reverse shipping (i.e., collecting the product from you) is INR 60 per
order, which will be borne by the customer.
○ After receiving the returned item, we will issue the store credit for the price of the
returned product minus the reverse shipping cost.
Damaged or Defective Products
We take great care in ensuring your order is delivered in perfect condition. However, if you
receive a damaged or defective product, we’ll work with you to resolve it quickly.
1. Damage or Missing Products
○ If your product arrives damaged or if something is missing, you must notify us
within 3 days of receiving your order. Please ensure you provide a clear
unboxing video showing the damage, including a 360-degree view of the
product and packaging.
○ In case of a damaged product, we will provide store credit for the damaged
item once it’s returned to us. Return is only accepted for the damaged item, not
the entire order.
○ Video Requirements: Ensure the video highlights the damaged/defective part of
the jewelry. The video must clearly show the original labels, tags, and
packaging intact. Incomplete or unclear videos will not be processed.
2. Return Process for Damaged Items
○ Once we receive the damaged item, we will issue your store credit within 7
business days.
Returns Due to Dislike
If you simply don’t like the product or decide it’s not for you:
1. Return for Dislike
○ You can initiate a return request within 3 days of receiving your order by emailing
support@myxssory.com. Please note that a reverse shipping fee of INR 60
will be deducted from your store credit.
2. Condition of the Product
○ The product must be unused and in good condition to be eligible for a return.
Any signs of usage or damage will result in the return being rejected.
3. Return Process for Dislike
○ After we receive the returned product, your store credit will be issued within 7
business days, provided the product is in its original, unused condition.
General Return & Exchange Guidelines
1. Single Item in Combo or Gift Box
○ Products that are part of a combo or gift box cannot be returned or exchanged
individually. If the entire combo or gift box is being returned, the full set must be
returned.
2. Promotional Products
○ Products purchased during special promotional offers, clearance sales, or
contest winnings are not eligible for return or exchange.
3. Exchange Process
○ All exchanges must be requested within 3 days of receiving the product. Please
note that exchanges are only eligible for store credit, and we will not process
cash refunds for exchanged items.
4. Cancellation Policy
○ We do not accept cancellations once an order is placed due to operational
constraints. We encourage customers to review their order carefully before
completing the purchase to avoid impulsive orders.
5. Reverse Shipping & Availability
○ Please ensure you are available for the reverse pickup once the return request
is approved. If you are unavailable or miss the pickup call, the reverse pickup
may be canceled, and you will need to re-initiate the process.
○ Some pincode areas may only offer forward shipping and not reverse shipping.
In these cases, we may request you to return the product via an alternate courier
service at your cost.

● All returns and exchanges must adhere to the guidelines mentioned above.
● Myxssory.com reserves the right to decline any return or exchange request that doesn’t
meet the required criteria.
● The brand has the final decision in all cases regarding the return or exchange process.
